8 WEEKS. STARTS OCTOBER 19. Registration closes October 13

VISTA ATHLETIC CLUB PRESENTS

THE HOLIDAY HUSTLE

8 weeks. Start October 19. Finish December 12 — done, measured, and ahead of everyone else.

Most people spend the holidays losing ground and January trying to get it back. You're going to do the opposite.

Halloween, Thanksgiving and the whole run into December — coached training, a real nutrition system, a team that's counting on you, and the most fun we have at VAC all year. Then we hand out the prizes at our December party and you go enjoy Christmas having already earned it.

YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW THE NEXT 8 WEEKS GO.

It starts small. Halloween candy on the counter that you'll "just have one" of. Then the schedule tightens, the mornings get darker, and one skipped workout turns into a skipped week.

By Thanksgiving you've stopped pretending. By mid-December you're not even tracking. And on January 2nd you're standing in front of the mirror making the same promise you made last January — except now you're starting from further back than where you began.

Somewhere along the way we all decided that's just what the holidays are. Two months off. Eat everything. Deal with it in the new year.

That's not a discipline problem. It's a plan problem. Nobody's ever handed you a system for the eight hardest weeks of the year, so you white-knuckle it, and white-knuckling never survives December.

Here's the part that stings: you're going to sign up for something in January anyway. Same money. Same effort. Worse starting point.

So do it now, when it actually counts.

THE HOLIDAY CHEAT CODE

The Holiday Hustle isn't a bootcamp that asks you to skip the holidays. That's why those programs fail — tell somebody to pass on their grandmother's pie and they'll quit by week two. This works the other way around. We teach you how to eat around the big days instead of dreading them, so you get the holidays and the results.

Here's what that looks like:

  • Have Halloween with your kids and still be on plan.
  • Plan a week so one enormous meal doesn't matter.
  • Run the Feast Mode 5K Thanksgiving morning, families welcome — then go eat.
  • Eight weeks of coached training built for this exact stretch of the year.
  • A team that's expecting you, so showing up stops being optional
  • Weekly challenges that are actually fun — costumes, competitions, and a December party where the awards get handed out

Then here's the best part. You finish on December 12. While everyone else is white-knuckling through Christmas parties feeling guilty, your work is already done, your results are already measured, and January is a month you build on instead of a month you recover in.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR EIGHT WEEKS. NOTHING YOU FIGURE OUT ALONE.

Most people don't fail at the holidays because they're lazy. They fail because they're improvising — no plan for the party, no idea what to eat the day after, nobody noticing whether they showed up. This is the opposite of improvising. Here's exactly what's in it.

Our strength and conditioning program plus bootcamps, run by coaches who know your name and correct your form. Every workout scales. Beginner or lifer, you're doing the right version for you.

Not a crash diet. A meal plan and macro-tracking method you'll still be using in March, built around real holiday eating.

You get placed on a team at orientation. Team points, team challenges, and a group of people who notice when you're not there. This is the part nobody expects to love and it's the part that gets them through.

Eight weeks, eight challenges. Costume workouts, fit tests, a Thanksgiving 5K, accountability challenges. Points on the line every week.

Everyone who registers gets one. You'll get it at orientation.

Top individual finishers take home cash. The winning team takes bragging rights that last all year. We hand it all out at our December party — Santa, awards, families welcome, the whole gym in one room.

You've done the other version of these eight weeks before. You remember how January felt. This time you'd have coaches who know your name, a team that notices when you're gone, and a plan that holds when life gets loud. You don't have to be ready — you just have to be in. Registration closes October 13.

EIGHT WEEKS. EIGHT CHALLENGES.

October 19 through December 12. Here's exactly what you're signing up for.

WEEK 1: BASELINE — Weigh-in and before photo. The number everything gets measured against.

WEEK 2: HALLOWEEN — Costume workout on October 31. Show up in costume, earn your points. Best costume gets voted on Instagram, and it gets competitive.

WEEK 3: FIT TEST — Your first fit test. Where you actually stand, in numbers.

WEEK 4: YOUR MEAL PLAN — You build your own meal plan and submit it before Thanksgiving hits. Planning beats willpower.

WEEK 5: MACROS — Learn to track properly. For most people this is the one habit that changes everything.

WEEK 6: FEAST MODE 5K — Thanksgiving morning. Bring your family, earn your dinner. Traveling? Post proof of your workout and claim the points anyway.

WEEK 7: FIT TEST II — Second fit test. See in real numbers what eight weeks did.

WEEK 8: FINISH — Final weigh-in, final photo, and your RSVP to the party.

Plus weekly team challenges and attendance points running the whole way through — so consistency counts even on the weeks you're not chasing a specific goal.

Then in mid-December we all get together for the party. Awards, cash prizes, Santa, families, the whole gym in one room. That's your finish line

HOW YOU WIN

WE CROWN A TOP INDIVIDUAL AND A TOP TEAM. HERE'S WHAT COUNTS:

Most people don't fail at the holidays because they're lazy. They fail because they're improvising — no plan for the party, no idea what to eat the day after, nobody noticing whether they showed up. This is the opposite of improvising. Here's exactly what's in it.

ATTENDANCE POINTS

Show up and stack wins

BODY COMPOSITION CHANGE

Measured, not guessed

INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGES

The habits that stick

TEAM CHALLENGES

 Bring the energy

Top individual finishers take home cash prizes, awarded at the December party. The winning team takes the title.
And the scoring is built so that showing up consistently beats being the fittest person in the room. Plenty of past winners weren't the strongest — they were the most consistent.

LOCK IN YOUR SPOT

This is the easy part. Eight weeks of coaching, a nutrition system, your own team, and a finish line worth crossing — for less than most people spend recovering from the holidays. VAC members get in for a single payment, and if you bring two friends who aren't members yet, we cover yours entirely. Not a member? You're just as welcome, and you get everything on this page from day one. Whichever one you are, the hard part isn't the price. It's deciding to start. Do that before October 13 and the rest takes care of itself.

Whichever column you're in, the number stops mattering about two weeks from now. What you'll remember is the morning you didn't want to come and came anyway, the teammate who texted you at 6 a.m., the fit test that proved something had changed. Nobody finishes this and talks about what they paid. They talk about what they did. The list closes October 13 — after that we build the teams and start without you. Pick your column and get in.

IS THIS YOU?

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

  • The holidays usually undo everything you built the rest of the year.
  • You've done fine on your own before but you fall off without accountability.
  • You want to have a real Halloween and a real Thanksgiving and still be proud of yourself in January.
  • You haven't trained in a while and you'd rather start with people than alone.
  • You want it to actually be fun, not just hard.

THIS ISN'T FOR YOU IF:

  • You're looking for a crash diet or a quick fix.
  • You want to be handed a plan and left alone — this one has a team attached.
  • You want to have a real Halloween and a real Thanksgiving and still be proud of yourself in January.
  • You're not willing to show up. We'll scale the workout for anyone. We can't do the showing up part for you.

If you read that first list and recognized yourself in even two or three lines, you're exactly who we built this for. You don't need to be fit, experienced, or certain it'll work — most of the people who finished last time weren't any of those things in October. They just decided to stop waiting for a better moment, because there isn't one coming. There's this one, and it closes October 13.

REAL MEMBERS. REAL NUMBERS.

Over the years, hundreds of people have come through our challenges at VAC — from the early Holiday Hustles right up to the group that finished this year. Different starting points, different goals, different lives. But every single one of them started in the same place you're in right now: reading about it, wondering if it would work for them.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: When does the challenge start and end?
A: It starts Monday, October 19 and finishes Saturday, December 12.

Q: Do I have to attend orientation?
A: Yes — that's where you get your Holiday Hustle shirt, your meal plan, the full walkthrough, and your team assignment. Reserve your spot in Zen Planner once you've registered.

Q: I'm out of shape. Am I going to be the worst one there?
A: No. Every workout scales, and the group runs from first-timers to people who've trained here for years. Everyone's doing the version that's right for them, and nobody's watching you — they're dealing with their own set.

Q: Do I have to give up Halloween and Thanksgiving?
A: No, and that's the whole point. We teach you how to eat around the big days instead of dreading them. Have the candy with your kids. Eat the pie. Just have a plan.

Q: Do I need to be a VAC member?
A: No. The challenge is open to members and non-members.

Q: What are the workout times?
A: See our full schedule at vistaathleticclub.com, or call the gym and we'll walk you through it.

Q: Can I bring friends?
A: Please do. VAC members who bring 2 non-members into the challenge get their own registration refunded in full.

Q: When does registration close?
A: Tuesday, October 13. After that we lock the teams and order the shirts. There's no joining in week three.

Q: What can I win?
A: Cash prizes for the top individual finishers, plus a team prize for the winning team. All awarded at our December party.

THE NEXT 8 WEEKS ARE HAPPENING EITHER WAY.

They happen with a coach, a plan and a team. Or they happen the way they usually do.

October 19 you start. December 12 you finish — measured, done, and holding results you can point to. Then you enjoy the rest of the holidays without the guilt, and walk into January already in motion instead of starting over.

Registration closes October 13.
